Units: VALUE_IN_EUROS is EUR. Original QUANTITY_IN_100KG is 100 kg; the approved normalized mass is already kg and is not converted again. Coverage: 33,360 source-domain positions; 4,844 observed; 28,516 missing; 72 observed zeros. Domain includes EU members, aggregates and inactive codes. Suppliers: Eligible identified extra-EU partners only. Combined H1 coverage is observed CN8/month positions out of 30; individual-code coverage is out of 6. Concentration: Shares and Top 3/Top 5 use matching official H1 denominators. Conditional HHI excludes unidentified trade and missing observations. Reconciliation: 120 monthly and 24 H1 controls reconcile exactly on observed eligible components; no residual redistributed.
