Last updated: September 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how AQUAEQORA handles personal information in connection with aquaeqora.com, purchases of AQUAEQORA digital products and communications with us.
1. Information We May Process
Depending on how you interact with AQUAEQORA, personal information processed in connection with our services may include:
- contact information, such as your name and email address;
- billing, transaction and purchase information;
- company or tax information that you choose or are required to provide during checkout;
- communications you send to AQUAEQORA; and
- technical information generated when accessing our website or digital delivery system, such as IP address, browser information, request data and server logs.
The information actually processed during payment may depend on the payment services and checkout options presented to you.
2. Payments and Stripe Managed Payments
Payments are processed using Stripe.
For eligible transactions using Stripe Managed Payments, Stripe acts as Merchant of Record and may process transaction, payment, billing, tax, fraud-prevention, order, refund, dispute and customer-support information necessary to provide those services.
Stripe and its related services may process information according to their own legal obligations, terms and privacy practices.
AQUAEQORA does not intentionally collect or store complete payment-card credentials through its own website or digital-delivery application.
3. Why We Process Personal Information
Personal information may be processed where necessary to:
- process and verify purchases;
- provide access to purchased digital products;
- respond to customer questions or support requests;
- maintain the security and operation of the website and delivery system;
- prevent or investigate fraud, misuse or unauthorized access;
- maintain appropriate transaction and business records;
- comply with applicable legal, tax, accounting or regulatory obligations; and
- establish, exercise or defend legal claims where necessary.
Where applicable, processing may be based on performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, legitimate interests, consent, or another lawful basis available under applicable data-protection law.
4. Service Providers
AQUAEQORA uses third-party service providers to operate parts of its website, payment and digital-delivery infrastructure.
These providers may process personal information where necessary to provide services such as hosting, payment processing, transaction verification, security, fraud prevention, taxation and related technical functions.
Their processing may also be subject to their own privacy notices and legal obligations.
5. Data Retention
Personal information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it is processed, including providing purchased products, handling support matters, maintaining security and meeting applicable legal, tax, accounting or dispute-related requirements.
Different categories of information may therefore be retained for different periods.
We do not promise that all personal information is deleted immediately after the 72-hour product download period. The download period relates to access to purchased files and is not a general data-retention period.
6. International Data Processing
Some service providers used in connection with AQUAEQORA may process or store information in countries other than the country in which the customer is located.
Where applicable data-protection law requires safeguards for international transfers of personal information, relevant transfer mechanisms and safeguards apply as required by law.
7. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The AQUAEQORA website itself is designed as a relatively simple digital-product website.
However, third-party services involved in website hosting, checkout, security or other functionality may use cookies or similar technologies when providing their services.
Where consent or additional information is legally required for particular cookies or technologies, AQUAEQORA will address those requirements as applicable.
8. Your Data-Protection Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights concerning your personal information.
These may include rights to request access, correction or deletion of personal information, restriction of certain processing, objection to certain processing and data portability.
Where processing is based on consent, you may also have the right to withdraw that consent, without affecting processing lawfully carried out before withdrawal.
These rights are subject to the conditions and limitations established by applicable law.
9. Complaints
Where applicable, you may have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data-protection supervisory authority.
We encourage customers to contact AQUAEQORA first if they have a privacy question or concern so that we can review the issue.
10. Security
AQUAEQORA takes reasonable measures appropriate to its operations to protect personal information and the systems used to provide its services.
However, no internet transmission, hosting environment or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
11. Children's Privacy
AQUAEQORA products are intended for general market-intelligence and business/research use and are not specifically directed to children.
We do not intentionally design our services to solicit personal information from children.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated when necessary to reflect changes to AQUAEQORA's services, technology, providers or legal requirements.
The current version will display its latest update date.
