Refund Policy
Last updated: September 2026
AQUAEQORA provides digital market intelligence products, including reports, spreadsheets and datasets delivered electronically after purchase.
This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through AQUAEQORA, subject to any mandatory rights available under applicable law.
1. Digital Products and Immediate Delivery
AQUAEQORA products are digital products supplied electronically.
After successful payment and purchase verification, customers are provided access to the purchased digital files.
Because digital products can be accessed and retained after delivery, purchases are generally considered final once the digital content has been supplied, except where a refund, cancellation or other remedy is required under applicable law.
2. Withdrawal Rights for Digital Content
Consumers in certain jurisdictions, including the European Union and European Economic Area, may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract.
For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, customers requesting immediate supply may be asked, before delivery begins, to expressly consent to immediate supply and acknowledge that beginning supply may result in the loss of the statutory right of withdrawal.
Where all applicable legal requirements for the loss of the withdrawal right have been satisfied and supply has begun, the customer may no longer have the statutory right to withdraw from the purchase.
If those requirements have not been satisfied, nothing in this Policy is intended to remove a withdrawal right that remains available under applicable law.
3. Technical Problems
If a technical problem prevents access to or download of the purchased files, please contact:
contact@aquaeqora.com
We will assess the problem and, where appropriate, make reasonable efforts to restore access or provide the purchased files through an alternative method.
A technical delivery problem does not automatically require a refund where the problem can appropriately be resolved, subject to applicable law.
4. Defective or Non-Conforming Digital Content
If the digital content supplied is defective or does not conform to what was agreed at the time of purchase, customers may have statutory remedies.
Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, these remedies may include bringing the digital content into conformity, a proportionate price reduction or termination of the contract.
Nothing in this Policy restricts remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
5. Incorrect or Duplicate Charges
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or more than once for the same purchase, please contact:
contact@aquaeqora.com
We will review the transaction and take appropriate action where an incorrect or duplicate charge is confirmed.
6. Change of Mind
Where the applicable statutory withdrawal right has been validly lost following the immediate supply of digital content, AQUAEQORA does not generally provide refunds solely because a customer changes their mind, no longer needs the product or decides not to use it.
This does not affect any mandatory consumer right or remedy available under applicable law.
7. Download Access
Access through the AQUAEQORA delivery system is available for 72 hours after purchase.
Customers should download and securely retain their files during this period.
The expiration of the download-access period does not remove any statutory right or remedy that may apply to the purchase.
8. Refund Requests and Contact
Questions concerning a purchase, delivery problem or potential refund can be sent to:
contact@aquaeqora.com
Please provide sufficient information for us to identify the relevant purchase and understand the issue. Do not send sensitive payment credentials by email.
Any refund that is legally required will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the payment method or payment service used for the transaction.
Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes, restricts or overrides any consumer right, remedy or protection that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
