These Terms of Service govern purchases and use of digital products made available by AQUAEQORA through aquaeqora.com.
By purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms, subject to any rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
1. Our Products
AQUAEQORA provides digital market intelligence products based primarily on publicly available trade and statistical data.
Products may include PDF reports, spreadsheets, CSV datasets, rankings, charts, calculations and market analysis.
The exact contents of each product are described on its product page at the time of purchase.
2. Data Sources and Accuracy
AQUAEQORA uses sources considered appropriate for each product, including official statistical sources such as Eurostat.
We take reasonable care in processing and presenting the information. However, statistical data may subsequently be revised, corrected or updated by the original source.
AQUAEQORA does not guarantee that every dataset, calculation or analysis will be free from errors or remain current indefinitely.
Where relevant, the applicable source, product scope, classification codes and reference period are identified in the product or accompanying documentation.
3. Informational Purpose
AQUAEQORA products are provided for informational and research purposes.
They do not constitute financial, investment, legal, tax or other regulated professional advice.
Customers remain responsible for evaluating the information and for decisions made using AQUAEQORA products.
4. Prices and Payment
The price displayed at checkout is the price applicable to the purchase, together with any applicable tax treatment shown during checkout.
Payments are processed through the payment services presented at checkout.
A purchase is considered completed after successful payment confirmation.
5. Digital Delivery and Download Access
AQUAEQORA products are supplied electronically.
After successful payment and the required purchase verification, access to the purchased files is made available electronically.
Download access through the AQUAEQORA delivery system remains available for 72 hours after purchase. Customers should download and securely retain their purchased files during this period.
The 72-hour download window concerns access through our delivery system. It does not limit any statutory right or remedy that may apply under applicable law.
6. Immediate Supply and Withdrawal Rights
Consumers may have statutory withdrawal or cancellation rights under applicable law.
For paid digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, customers who request immediate access may, where required and permitted by applicable law, be asked before supply begins to:
- expressly consent to the supply of the digital content beginning during the applicable withdrawal period; and
- acknowledge that beginning such supply may result in the loss of the statutory right of withdrawal.
Where the applicable legal requirements for loss of the withdrawal right have been satisfied and supply of the digital content has begun, the right of withdrawal may be lost in accordance with applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms removes a statutory withdrawal or cancellation right where the legal requirements for its exclusion or loss have not been satisfied.
7. Refunds and Product Problems
Refunds and cancellation requests are governed by the AQUAEQORA Refund Policy and applicable law.
If a purchased file cannot be accessed, is technically defective, or the supplied digital content does not conform to the purchase agreement, please contact AQUAEQORA at contact@aquaeqora.com.
We will assess the issue and provide any remedy required under applicable law, where applicable.
8. Permitted Use
Unless otherwise stated for a particular product, a purchase grants the customer a limited, non-exclusive right to use the purchased files for the customer's own personal or internal business purposes.
Customers may use the information for internal research, analysis and decision support.
9. Prohibited Redistribution
Purchasing an AQUAEQORA product does not transfer ownership of AQUAEQORA's reports, presentation, analysis or other original material.
Unless expressly permitted in writing, customers may not resell, redistribute, republish, publicly upload or commercially distribute the purchased files as standalone products or substantially equivalent copies.
This provision does not restrict rights that cannot legally be restricted.
10. Third-Party and Public Data
Underlying public or third-party data remains subject to the rights, terms and conditions applicable to its original source.
AQUAEQORA does not claim ownership of public data merely because that data is included, organized or analyzed in an AQUAEQORA product.
Any original AQUAEQORA presentation, selection, organization, calculations, commentary and analysis are treated separately from the underlying source data, to the extent protected by applicable law.
11. Availability and Changes
AQUAEQORA may update, replace or discontinue products and website features.
We do not promise that a particular product, website feature or download mechanism will remain available indefinitely.
Changes do not remove rights relating to purchases already made where those rights are protected by applicable law.
12. Limitation of Responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, AQUAEQORA is not responsible for business, investment or other decisions made solely in reliance on its informational products, or for losses resulting from circumstances outside AQUAEQORA's reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.
13. Privacy
Personal information associated with purchases and use of the website is handled as described in the AQUAEQORA Privacy Policy and in accordance with applicable data-protection requirements.
14. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated when necessary to reflect changes to our products, operations or legal requirements.
The version applicable to a purchase is the version in effect when that purchase is made, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
